Our office container sets are specially designed to be used as a temporary administrative work area for staff, regardless of construction site conditions. Our prefabricated container can be dismantled in sets, with an external height of 2.60 m and a standard 6.00 × 2.50 m. Office containers can be customized and dimensioned to include the following options: air conditioning, furniture, computer network and telephone, home automation, guard (guardrail), high floor. Prefab. Office containers (construction site office) are delivered as a set disassembled. 10 prefabricated office of 15 m2, with one door and two windows, fully electrically equipped, are shipped with only one 40-foot sea container.   • Quick-mount office container: An office container can be installed or dismantled within a few hours. All panels are cut and painted at the factory. The lower and upper chassis are delivered as pre-assembled at the factory.

  • Optional internal arrangement: Construction site offices and meeting rooms and living spaces can be arranged privately. (All equipment including air conditioning, computer network and internet or furniture can be included).
  • Connection Set: A connection set is provided for modular office containers to be joined together or to facilitate overlapping.
  • Roofing: It is possible to use galvanized trapezoidal roof or polyurethane insulated sandwich panel roof for very rainy places.
  • Office containers are mounted on a lightweight construction structure: concrete block or beam.

The upper and lower chassis have also been preassembled before delivery. Therefore, the prefabricated office container can be quickly and easily assembled in just a few hours. The container can also be dismantled just as quickly for relocation, or it can be carried whole with lifting hooks. If the office container needs to be transported often, there is the option of specially reinforced office containers to withstand the frequent movement.

A prefabricated office container is also easily customizable. There are multiple internal arrangements to choose from, although we are happy to design a special solution tailored to your exact spatial requirements. Moreover, several office containers can be juxtaposed and joined thanks to lateral connections to form modular buildings of any configuration. How much does a 20-foot container office cost?

The office container prices depending on several criteria, such as the quality of the steel used, the thickness of the walls, the type of insulation, the floor-covering used and the quality of the doors and windows. One important factor that should not be overlooked is the ceiling height. Some suppliers of prefabricated container offices offer a ceiling height below 230 cm, while others offer an acceptable ceiling height ranging from 240 to 250 cm. The current average price of a container office is 220 euros per square metre. That cost may be higher if you add options such as anti-intrusion bars in aluminium for the windows and doors. The price can be as high as 350 euros per square metre if the steel structure is reinforced to stand up to cyclonic winds, for example.

Lastly, it is important to find out whether the manufacturer offers solutions that are foldable or in kit form to save on costs related to logistics. Prefabricated container offices shipped in kit form enable you to make considerable savings on costs related to handling and transport.
