Most of our modular products require light foundations, so minimal civil engineering is needed before delivery, and the landscape can recover quickly when the building is moved on. Our standard containers also come with lifting hooks and can be erected using simple tools. No welding is required, the walls are already cut to size, sockets and utility connections are in place, and the unit is pre-painted and fitted with your choice of fixtures, fittings, flooring, and customisations. Our team is on hand to help and guide you through the entire assembly process. Alternatively, we can arrange for a specialist assembly team to attend for larger modular projects or on request.

What Are Construction Site Container Prices?

We produce a range of standard office containers that can be purchased as is or customised to include your choice of features. We can also design and manufacture custom-made containers. Basing your container on one of our standard models can result in savings in the design and development process. As a guide, a typical construction container costs between 180 and 420 Euros per square metre. Other factors that affect the pricing include:

• The thickness of the insulation used and the size and finish of the interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
• The strength and quality of the steel frame and structure
• The make and quality of the ceramic floor tiles used or design extras like parquet.
• Upgrades in the PVC windows and doors (bay windows, additional security features, guard rails etc.)
• Aesthetic and design customisations like interior design finishes, upgraded fixtures and fittings, alarms, rails, cabling for network connections etc.
• Amendments to the basic floor plan to include WC or sanitary facilities, additional walls, lockers, carpentry and cabinetry, additional sockets, utility connections etc.
• Transport, assembly, and any foundation work required also affect the cost.
