In the city of Seraing, located in the Walloon province of Liège, Belgium, Module T successfully delivered a fully customized modular construction with a total area of 100.80 m². Designed specifically for a client in the mechanical industry, the building responds to the operational needs of industrial environments where durability and functionality are critical.
This modular construction project includes seven prefabricated modular buildings, each measuring 20 feet (6 x 2.40 m), assembled together to create a cohesive and efficient facility. The layout features several purpose-built areas such as locker rooms, sanitary units with showers, and a dedicated staff zone—an ideal setup for industrial use where hygiene and practical space design are essential.
From a technical standpoint, the walls are insulated with 50 mm polyurethane panels to provide year-round thermal comfort. An additional double-pitched over-roof was installed to enhance both weather protection and aesthetic appearance. All modules came fully equipped, including electrical installations, water heaters, sanitary fittings, air conditioning, and heating systems.
Thanks to detailed planning and streamlined logistics, the full modular construction was delivered and installed within a short timeframe, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
