Module-T France has completed a new 140 m² two-storey modular office project located around 30 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport. The building was produced for a road transport company that required additional office space within a limited timeframe.

Using modular construction allowed the client to obtain modern and functional working areas quickly, while the project was configured according to the operational requirements of the company.

Improved Thermal Insulation for Year-Round Comfort

The building was manufactured with 100 mm insulation across the walls, floor structure and roof, providing enhanced thermal performance for the office environment.

Depending on the technical requirements of an individual project, this type of configuration can also be adapted for buildings designed in line with RE2020 requirements.

The insulation package was selected to improve indoor comfort while supporting the long-term use of the building as a professional workspace.

Offices, Sanitary Facilities and Climate Control in One Building

The completed modular building combines the main functions required for everyday office use.

The project includes:

• fully equipped modular office spaces;
• sanitary facilities with an accessible toilet;
• a steel staircase supplied as part of the project;
• air-conditioning systems installed throughout the offices;
• roller shutters fitted to the building openings.

The result is a complete administrative building designed to provide practical and comfortable working conditions across both storeys.

Two-Storey Modular Building Assembled Within 48 Hours

One of the main advantages of the project was the speed of on-site installation.

Module-T France provided a technical supervisor to support the local installation teams throughout the positioning of the modules, assembly operations and completion of the connections between the individual units.

With this coordinated installation process, the complete modular office building was assembled in only 48 hours.

The internal and external electrical connections were subsequently carried out by a local electrician working in coordination with the Module-T supervisor.
